I love the game so far. This one hits more at home for me working in grocery. When playing I joked about him looking like Dr Flug don't know why though lol. With All jokes aside I love the game and can't wait to see how it goes.
First of all, all the art and GUI is fantastic!! And I freaking love how the logo has a BIG relevance in the story!! It's not many times that you see that in games!!
Then, let's talk about the characters!!
Tristan is such a himbo, and so sweet!! I love him and I HOPE we can rescue him in some endings. Poor guy doesn't deserve Darius' hatred T_T
Darius is a really interesting yandere!! I've always loved the concept of characters that have a paper bag or a mask on their face, and the fact that this one in particular is a yandere AND THE BAG IS NOT A RANDOM BAG makes it even better. I loved how his paper bag was so expressive and accompanied little icons with SFX to make Darius even more expressive!!
And last, but certainly not least, Sabrina!! I don't think I've seen many MCs in yandere games who were as kickass as Sabrina. SHE FUCKING ROCKS. And I'm completely convinced that she will definitely be able to kick Darius' balls in at least one of the endings xD
The writing is great, I really like how the choices influence not only the story but also how Darius behaves towards Sabrina! And the different POVs are very interesting because they let us be even closer to Darius' mind compared to what Sabrina is ACTUALLY thinking!
Finally, the end of the DEMO is a real treat with how the logo changes. It left me excited to see more!!
I can't wait for the full release, will definitely be buying!! <3

I really enjoyed writing all of these characters, particularly Darius since he's a unique blend of a cute dork and dark psychopath. I think the only character who's even close to that is Kali from Intoxicating, but she's much more subdue and cool, while Darius is unhinged and delusional. Plus, writing his perspective was neat! It's like "How can J make this guy charming while at the same time scary?" It's an interesting challenge.
AND YES THE BAG! The bag was something I've wanted from the start. I'm hugely inspired by horror movies and killers always have a mask. Plus, at the time of concepting, Guilty Gear Strive had just come out and I fell in love with Faust, a character who also has a bag over his head and was depicted as a scary dude (but he's also a really sweet, caring doctor that unfortunately went mad). Taking those two inspirations, Bag Man aka Darius was born! I'm really glad you like the bag + the tie-in with the logo. :3
I can't wait to see what you think of the full release when it drops...at *insert time here* 🤣
Just played, such an intriguing start! I like how much we can already influence Darius, super excited to see how things will play out (sorry in advance, Tristan lol).
Also, just wanted to add that I loved the detail of Sabrina having a different hairstyle a year later, she rocks every look, my gosh <33

It was really fun coming up with different scene variations for the demo, and seeing what ways I can show Darius' rather...unique personality and how Sabrina perceives him depending on their relationship or how he's acting (i.e Will she pick up on his red flags, will she defend him, and/or get upset with him)? She's not dumb, but she definitely doesn't want to think he has ill intentions given their camaraderie thus far. Definitely leaves a lot of room to play with. 👀 Will I go mad keeping track of it all? Yes. But it'll be worth it!
AND YESSS! I'm so glad you caught that detail with her hair. I really wanted to show a difference in time visually and I felt the best way to do that was with Sabrina's hair. I consulted my editor about hair styles and they pointed me in a fantastic direction which helped me settle on the style I went with! 💕
